Jewellery StyleJewellery in Serenity Blue
Rose Quartz and Serenity are still very much on my mind. There are so many ways to work them and the year is still quite young (it’s only Q2). You can do home and office decor in these colours. You can also drape yourself in them from head-to-toe. As a jewellery lover, I’d say the most fun way to make a statement with these colours is using jewellery.
For the warm pink of Rose Quartz, look for jewellery made with light shades of Pink Tourmaline, Pink Sapphire, Pink Calcite, Pink Opal, and Rose Quartz (of course)
For the pastel blue of Serenity, go for jewellery that have Blue Chalcedony, Blue lace agate, Blue Moonstone, and some shades of Blue Topaz.
Having searched Pinterest and Polyvore for a while, I can say with confidence that Blue Chalcedony comes closest to capturing the essence of the colour of Serenity.
Take a look at some of my favourites …
This pair is simply magnificent. It’s designed by Sidney Garber whose rolling bracelets are loved by celebrities like Oprah Winfrey. These earrings feature blue chalcedony drops with sapphire highlights. Its dreamy, softly glowing drops show the colour serenity at its best.
Here’s another piece of exquisite jewellery featuring blue chalcedony in an ethereal shade of serenity. Capped with diamonds, it is an elegant beauty.
Holly Blake’s sterling silver and blue chalcedony earrings are beautiful. Their fulsome pear shape and cropped drop make them quite versatile. It’s the perfect way to add a bit of serenity to your basic jewellery suite.
These lovely lozenge-shaped earrings are designed by Meira T. They feature blue lace agate surrounded by diamonds and 14k gold. I really like them. They have that fun aesthetic often found in costume jewellery. I think that’s why they’re accessible and desirable. These could be your favourite night-on-the-town earrings.
Wearing this Ring would be like wearing a domed slice of the sky. It is so unique. Featuring the signature rounds and curves of Pomellato rings, this is one charming accessory.
Last but not least is this link bracelet by Seaman Schepps. Like the first, its designer uses the vibrant deep blue of Sapphire to contrast the soft serenity blue of blue chalcedony. It is very unique and more beautiful for it.
