Note that HMJServices currently sells in Nigeria only. This policy will be reviewed in the future and any changes will be announced via this website.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If the item delivered to you by HMJServices arrived damaged, defective,or not what you ordered, contact us immediately and arrangements will be made for a refund or exchange.
To process and complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including Gift cards and Downloadable products.
Please note that for hygiene purposes, jewellery items will be deemed unfit for return or exchange if they show clear signs of wear due to use or alteration due to contact with body fluids like sweat.
Exchanges or refunds will be processed 1 day after the returned item has been collected and inspected by HMJServices. If approved, you will be credited with refund by original means of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or clearly not in accordance with customer’s order.
